"The main reason I bought this M20A was the background and wind noise reduction. People that call me cannot hear me unless I'm inside the house with nothing running!! The slightest sound (Windchimes) come through while I'm talking."

"I am a first time Bluetooth user and I LOVE IT, easy to put on and it's so lightweight in your ear it doesn't hurt to wear it all day. VERY GOOD battery life, comes with a charger. I do charge it when I am done using it but it's not necessary really unless you're a heavy talker, it tells you in your ear when it's on or off, rings in year ear when you get a call and tells you when it's connected to your phone as well. Good price and would recommend this to anyone, very comfortable to wear for me."

"I am a first time bluetooth headset user and found the Plantronics M20a easy to use. The reason I chose it was because of the price and the features : 11 hour talk time , it fights noise /wind for a clear sound , and the off/on power switch , that allow you to extend battery life . Since it can be paired with two phones , I share it with my daughter because I don't have to use it everyday. I would recommend the Plantronics M20a"
